I’ve had a crazy weekend. Yesterday I went to a Phillies game (went to 11 innings, but we won!). Hunter Hayes (my fav country singer) performed afterwards and it was amazing. Then tonight I saw All Time Low. The concert was AMAZING. Although I have no voice and still can’t hear out of my left ear. I’m sitting in Philly traffic right now and it’s almost my birthday.

I also have an essay due by the end of the day tomorrow and I haven’t started. I’ll be spending my birthday doing hw. For someone with a summer birthday, that’ll be a first.

@snowfairy137 I’m so mad that the Common App comes out during band camp for me ugh I don’t have enough time to start on the app (the stuff I haven’t filled out yet haha) when I have band stuff and driver’s ed before that and also summer homework to do rip

Speaking of summer homework I’m a little over halfway done with both my AP Lang and AP Gov! <:-P I have two weeks (including this one) and two and a half days at the most to finish my projects and hand them in! Home stretch!

I’m really scared for applying;; my app is pretty poor so far. I have 2 reaches and mostly match/safeties, but I’m scared that I still won’t get into my “matches” cause my ECs are really lacking… I gotta work really hard on my essays…!

fyi I HATE summer AP work. It is so tedious and the one week I have off from work I have to spend ALL of it on my school work. I’m just ready to be done with it. Have basically a full book, my federalist paper notes, almost my full math packet, and one more current even left and I got to school on the 16th… great…

Math comes pretty easy to me (English… not so much) and I’m struggling with my AP Calc AB practice packet… rip to those who aren’t the best at math.

I walked into the architecture firm just now and asked if they offered shadowing/interviews/etc… A lady gave me the card of who to email, so hopefully I can set something up…!

Today was my last first day of band camp, and it kind of makes me a little nostalgic and sad haha even though my feet hurt like crazy and my head is full of sets and worrying about memorizing music haha

I don’t think I’m going to start on the Common App right when it comes out tomorrow, maybe in between driver’s ed in the morning and band camp, but I’m probably just going to relax haha I’ve got almost all of the standard common app filled out, so I’m not too worried.
