@MrElonMusk Thank you! I hope so too! My brain is a mix between the control room in Inside Out in chaos and the gif of Kermit the Frog freaking out. I’m hopeful but doubtful at the same time. I’ll let you guys know after I get my decision!

Honestly my best case senario for 2 reasons:
-I didn’t really want to go and couldn’t afford it but completely turning MIT down is hard
-I can officially say no college I applied to rejected me!
I forget who asked, but I heard from somewhere that Emerson decisions come out in early April? I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s wrong, or if they come out in late March or something.

Waitlisted at MIT yesterday, accepted to Harvey Mudd yesterday and accepted to Cornell today

my top choice (UGA) comes out less than 25 hours from now… I am so nervous I can barely stand it
just found out i got a likely letter to cornell! this definitely softens the blow of an mit rejection 
Anyone know if you have to accept your college offer before getting an admissions package? I haven’t gotten my Stanford one and it’s been months but I haven’t accepted my offer yet.

Just rejected from UCLA with 36 ACT and near perfect GPA. So I have 3 rejections now and one acceptance (OSU). At least the torture will end soon

I got into UCLA and I’m hoping to commit soon! I’m ecstatic! UCLA, my dream school, was a massive reach for me so I still can’t believe it. Do they make mistakes with acceptances? I hope not lol. But what I learned from this is that you’ll end up in the right place. I was deferred by UChicago ED and rejected by Swarthmore ED2. But if I had somehow gotten in to those schools, I would never have been able to go to UCLA! So I’m actually incredibly happy I got rejected by them 
This sounds super cheesy, but I honestly believe everyone will find the right school. People on here are so qualified and I wish you all the best of luck. c:
Congrats on anyone who got into colleges today! I know it was a big day, I have a bunch of friends who heard from some UCs, Hopkins, Smith, etc.
it started off as a rough week for me: denied to MIT (after being deferred) and Washington University in St. Louis and then waitlisted at Hopkins… but finally I GOT INTO UCLA!!!

I got into WashU two days ago, still waiting for 5 decisions, but I’m really happy! It’s been really rough getting rejected from every scholarship program and 2 BS/MDs out of 3…but I believe everything happens for a reason!
