So Class of 2020 (we graduate in the coolest year! Doesn’t it sound so cool?) What do you want to show the world and what do you aspire to be? :-bd

I want to major in political science. But I do not know whether I want to be a politician, film director, and/or author. I know you can be an author while being a film director and/or politician, and you can become a politician after being a film director, etc. But I want to major in political science because good politicians should have majored and gotten at lease a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in political science.
A question I get often when I say those are my interests is why politics? People tell me politics is evil, but I want to do it because I want to change this world and make it better. Even if it barely impacts the United States and the world, I want to do something that will make life better. Whether it’s a lot or a little. If our own citizens are scared of the government, then that is bad because then people can’t communicate with the government with what they want, and the government will not know what to do to help people.
I want to show people of our world that we need to trust each other and that we don’t need to be scared of each other because the only way our world can be better is if we combine together.
I want to save lives too as a politician by passing legislation and proposing legislation that in my opinion, will benefit the people. (I will bring up what I want to do because I do not want to be biased.)
I also want to be a film director, and the reason for this is because I absolutely love movies, cameras, stories, etc. I would love to create screenplays and direct films. The idea sounds amazing, and I have many ideas for potential movies. I just do not know if others will like it.
I also want to be an author because I love to write, and I wouldn’t mind doing it for enjoyment and publishing stories.
