I’ll admit I’m not too familiar with them. Is that the No. 2 ranked team on the link posted earlier? I will say this, though. Gimme the best team in DC/MD and I would put them up against ANY team in the country. The level of competition that these teams face night in and night out is unlike anywhere else in the country.</p>
<p>Those words: I won’t want to bring up the people across my street playing recreationally to show MD/DC what’s really good. :D</p>

<p>haha…funny stuff … Bishop Loughlin (ranked 20) was the team laying up over us in the RISE mag. </p>
<p>But it’s No. 1 spot in not secure. (In NY that is)…We’re coming to take over :D</p>
<p>Lol, I wish my school was that good. We play in the BCL and MIAA. We had one really good player this year. He was on 1st team all BCL. He shoulda won player of the year in the BCL, but he got snubbed because he plays for a crappy team (us, lol). PG from our rival school won it instead. Buncha BS. We still have the most BCL Championships in history, though! Not to mention the winningest coach in BCL history.</p>

<p>Yates is a powerhouse Baltimoron, 170-35? I have to admit, when they play tourneys, they come close to losing and don’t score over 100 though. MD/DC Teams can compete and would compete, and maybe win, not to mention Yates and Duncanville are just 2 in Texas while MD/DC is such a small area with so many schools that are just as talented.</p>
<p>I’m so happy your school isn’t that good. Because if it was, we definitely won’t hear the end of it! lol. :D</p>
<p>I’m not denying that Yates is amazingly good. Or that they’re a powerhouse. But look who they’re playing. Looks like a bunch of crappy teams from Houston to me. They played ONE team from the Northeast. C’mon now, stop playing. You wanna be the best in the country? You gotta play teams from DC, MD, Philadelphia, NJ, and NY. </p>
<p>Hell, they might even be the best team in the country this year. But are they consistently this good? And how good is the conference they play in?</p>
<p>Oh, don’t worry IamnotF. We have plenty of successful graduates. Maybe you’ve heard of Steve Wojciechowski? He won a national championship with Duke. He wasn’t riding the pine, either. He was their star player. He’s now an assistant coach with Duke. What a traitor, though. He went to Duke for crying out loud!!!</p>
<p>Oh, and I can’t forget our most famous graduate. Babe Ruth. That’s right people. The greatest player in baseball history went to my school.</p>
<p>Texas has more than just yates and ducanville, but Perry Jones is probably the stand out texas athlete right now, also keep an eye on Lebryan Nash, lol dude was like 6-6 in middle school and he is already a top prospect for the class of 2011</p>
