<p>yourfriend : As fas as i rem you are automatically considered for scholarship in hkust… in hku i think u hv to fill u a form… the send the scholarship terms n conditions to u personally…By email… and u can expect the conditions within two weeks after the phone interview… This is abt ust…Hku most probably wont gv full scholarship and u hv to keep remindin them abt ur admission… the reply very late and gv out admission offer late… </p>
<p>Phone interview is a normal chat…they normally ask u why did u choose this uni… any othr uni in hk …1st choice…why engineerin… I applied for eco n finance…so they asked me economic advantages of india over china…it lasted for 15 mins… at the end they gave me a hint that i need 90% for scholarship…</p>
<p>@Archit- I still haven’t heard from HKU and HKUST. You have any idea how much more I have to wait for it?</p>

<p>gettin into stanford is very very tough… cos i researched a lot abt stanfornd and came to know that they find the best talents in the world… Out of 1 lakh students giving gmat the toppers are in their university…</p>
<p>Nus is very competitive…one of mah frnd dint get in even in 95% for engineerin… U can get in Ntu bt without any scholarship…</p>
<p>I know but, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I hadn’t even tried.
And, NTU without scholarship is also a very good offer coz that place is a great univ.</p>
<p>Wish UST would give my decision already, it’s been over 20 days now and I’m getting scared coz so many people are getting their letters!!</p>
