I got an offer from HKUST too. Business and management and BBA Economics. But no scholarship! 
They give options for the scholarship. I took IB, so if i get 40-41 i get half tuition, 42-44 full tuition, and 45 full tuition with allowance.
My offer letter doesn’t say anything about scholarship.
How about yours? Did they specifically mention about scholarship details in your offer letter?
Yes they did. There was a scholarship section.
There was no such section in both my offer letters. Should I assume that I got no scholarship?
What did you apply through? If its IB then if you do well in your real exam you will be offered a scholarship after the final exams.
I’m a grade 12 student from India … and I’ll sit for my Indian School Certificate Examination in March 2017… they just said that I need to get 92% for BBA Economics and 90% for Business and Management. They didn’t say anything about scholarship.

Got accepted to BBA Marketing and Business and Mangement! The conditional scores are really high this year, so like @kiosk171 mentioned I’m also guessing that HKUST admission was extremely competitive this year :((

@kiosk171 Yeeup! It depends on my final ib exam score. 43-45 full scholarship for 4 years + some allowance, 41-42 1 year full scholarship and so on. I can’t remember the details atm.
I didn’t get any scholarship… maybe because I am not an IB student?

Hi guys, i’m applying to hkust main round. does anyone know whether or not they give the same amount of scholarship offers to main round applicants as the early round applicants? also, i didn’t intend to apply to hku until today, when the main round application’s closed already. How good are the chances of being admitted in the late round with scholarship offers?
I was just looking over at the HKU application status stuff and noticed
“(1) The application status was last updated on December 31, 2016 14:32:03 (Hong Kong Time).”
Now that’s about 30 minutes ago but I don’t see any change in anything…
What do you think that means?? Or is it taking time to show the changes on the application system?
