Closing Blue Notification

Short term fix to close blue banner First click the X to close (it won’t) THEN refresh your page and it will go away. Note that the banner will return when the admins change the message, but until then you will be blue banner free. Many thanks to Sorin for discovering this workaround until the developers correct the issue.
