<p>Congrats ExeterMama!! Mine now says “Your decision is pending review. We will try to get you a decision soon, but you will receive an update on your admission status by December 15th at the latest.” </p>

<p>The status was the application is complete… etc. etc. message up to acceptance, from what I can tell.</p>
<p>The joy and relief in my son’s voice when he called has this Mama crying at her desk! </p>
<p>His SAT scores were 1840 and his GPA an 8.4 on a scale of 11, but with a huge upward trend. He received a 10.8 for his fall term that was submitted as an update last week.</p>
<p>Exeter’s grading system is funky, so I’m not sure how they weight things.</p>

<p>Well getmein, we have just joined your “pending” club! The status just changed from complete to pending some time in the last hour…</p>
<p>It said “your application is complete…” I had a 2020 SAT, 4.73 GPA, I am Senior Class President, President of Mock Trial, and intern for a congresswoman, have over 250 community service hours, started Model UN, am VP for Band, and play the French Horn.</p>
<p>I’ve still got the “pending” status and did not receive anything from Tulane in today’s mail. The pending=deferred theory is right on, in my opinion.</p>
