I uploaded on 2/22. I figure they might get the forms sometime before the first day of classes next fall. Too bad DS will be at Ginormous State cause we didn’t get the FA information from the other colleges 8-X
My dad sent it in the mail last week. Still nothing in the IDOC section. I hope snail mail wasn’t a bad move! :-SS
submitted 5 pdf files on Feb 17, none processed even though their website said they cleared submission by Feb 18. I am on the line for 45 minutes and no one picks it up. The IDOC contact me website seems having a glitch since it refused me to send an email to them.
the College board representative knows nothing and could not even explain how documents are processed. She spoke with an accent. I asked her 4 times how the documents are being processed, she keeps saying “we are processing up to the 18th” — wrong answer!!! My documents were submitted on Feb 17.

I’m still waiting for mine to be processed… I uploaded my docs on Feb. 13; they’re still still sitting there, unprocessed. I have had no luck calling the college board either. I guess we’re just SOL. There’s no recourse; no way to find out if there’s an issue with my account. I guess we’re just SOL.
In the past we had to mail everything to IDOC and wait. This seems worse because we can actually see what they are not doing.

Actually, I just had a thought… I submitted 5 documents on Feb. 13, and then one college-specific form on Feb. 24. (I realized I hadn’t uploaded that one.) Could that time span have somehow screwed up the processing of my earlier docs? Anyone? Thanks!
@OHMomof2 I have called schools directly and they all said just wait for IDOC to process everything. I would much rather send everything to them directly, seeing as I submitted my documents on February 13th and they haven’t been processed! I’m having daily panic attacks over this. My deadlines will reach their 1 month anniversary in a week and a half for 2 of my top choices; no financial aid for me?
If the schools said it’s OK, then I’d assume it’s OK.
I uploaded 2/20. IDOC continued to indicate not processed yet until I last checked (just now). Now it says that everything was processed on 2/21 (!!!) but the school’s finanical aid status page says they just received the information today. I guess they’re working slowly but surely.
Thanks for the update. I just don’t get what’s going on with my docs. Uploaded on 2/13, a whole week earlier than you, and mine are STILL now processed. I just checked. And there is no way for me to even figure out if something is wrong. I’m very worried; way too stressful.

@JKJSAN I uploaded on 2/13 also and mine aren’t processed either. You’re the only other person I’ve heard of who uploaded on this date and still hasn’t had their documents verified. I finally spoke to a “supervisor” when I called and she said my documents would be processed by Monday. If that is the case, fine. I just don’t believe her after all of this.
I uploaded on 2/19 and checked yesterday and today it finally stated processed today. Funny it was marked 2/21 as the processed date.
Thanks for the information, @cakeandtears. Did the supervisor happen to explain why your docs hadn’t been processed? Was it oversight? A mistake? It seems ridiculous that forms uploaded a week or more after the 13th were being processed, but or weren’t. How did you manage to talk to a supervisor,btw? The two times I actually managed to get someone on the line, they said there wasn’t anyone else I could speak to! Grrr…
I had called over 8 times and they recognized my voice… basically, I irritated the living daylights out of them >_< She didn’t check into my case personally, but just said that the CB was totally unprepared for the number of uploads. That just isn’t a good excuse. Imagine Harvard saying they were totally unprepared for the number of applications they received and just ignored their applicants during an excessively long delay. Insane.
Ok, well things just get stranger by the minute… the one document I uploaded on 2/24 has been processed as of this morning;; however, the 5 documents I uploaded on 2/13 STILL haven’t been processed! It seems like a logical deduction that something has gone wrong with those 5 docs. Spoke to an IDOC rep on Thursday, and he said all would be processed by Monday, much like what #cakeandtears was told. He said not to worry, but it seems worrisome to me! Worst process ever. Any updates from anyone else? Thanks.
The only update I can offer is that my documents still have not been processed @JKJSAN. From the most recent phone call I had, it seems they simply skipped over documents submitted on 2/13 specifically and went ahead to other dates. They are very reluctant to give out any information, which is frustrating.
