I was wondering if anyone that applied to the Illinois 4-H Legacy of Leadership Scholarship had heard back about decisions for semifinalists. The application never specifically stated any dates. It only said that final decisions as to what will be required of the semifinalists would be made after March 15, and that semifinalists would be notified ASAP. Do any of my fellow Illinois 4-Hers know anything about the scholarship?
