<p>Here’s my opinion on the subject. A lot of girls are confused, as are guys.</p>
<p>Girls like to think they go for the funny, intelligent guy and just hope he’s hot ya know, don’t put that as first priority. But they get charmed by the wrong idiot sometimes.</p>
<p>We guys are sometimes more openly shallow, and we don’t have as much criteria for girls. We also like to think we pick the perfect girls but sometimes it’s just who is the “easiest.”</p>
<p>In the end, both genders will find that the right one is probably not exactly who they though they were seeking.</p>
<p>The best relationship I ever had, we started out as friends with no thoughts or plans of anything further, but it just got better and better. Then we finally realized it was going to be more than that.</p>
<p>A lot of times it’s not the same girl saying “I want a guy who’s nice, intelligent, etc.” who’s going out with the mean guy. And face it: when it comes to relationships we’re all very stupid. That’s all I can say. And a lot of it has to do with peer pressure too, I guess. Girls can be tough on each other, and if one goes for the “nice but uncool” guy, then that girl gets a lot of crap for it.</p>
