how the hell does TiT get so many views?? I am like, who are sooo many people viewing TiT…we have had 750+ views in the last 24 hours…i hope it not my parents…

hey that’s cool but

grr don’t set aside seats, let people compete. the other quotas are sad too, but let’s not go into that…

adides, how many views is it, actually? as i was tellin sucrita, 4469 posts x 10 people viewing = 44690 views. add some other randomness. pretty close. personally i’d think i account for a 100 views a day :p

You and me have no *ing right to change things. It is the people of india as a whole eho do. all we are entitled to is our opinion - which means nothing since less than 1% of the population will even consider the possibilty that the country is in a *hole and needs a srious change in leadership. And the people of India have categorically demonstrated their franchise and picked the worst governments possible, for the whole painful history of our country since independence.

we just crossed 48,000 views…and at this pace, in the next couple of days, we can celebrate becoming the first thread to cross the 50k mark

shash - every change in the history of human’s existence was initiated by 1 single person, before it gained support of other ppl…if every1 wants to follow…who’ll be the leader???

yeah I contribute around 50-60 views a day too (apart from posting)

How are the views counted? If i visit the thread without logging in a couple of times, how is that counted? and what if i visit it without posting?

(i ask hypothetically - not that i do that very often)

you raise an interesting question, whether it’s the ‘unique’ views as webmasters term it or every single time the thread is served. i’d think the latter.

I’m about 70-80 per day

The definition of democracy does not allow a single leader. The leadership must be collective. I cant tell people to do something because that would amount to stealing from them the right to form their own opinions.

Face it. The country is too damn big for democracy to remain efficient.

I think a view is counted everytime you actually click on the link and the thread is opened. But I don’t think you get views after that. This is in no way an accurate answer.

I tried to check that out on some thread in the cafe…no. of views didn’t change even though I logged in and out 4-5 times…they probably have some other criterion for 1 “view”

merc, chekc ur email…
