Any idea if LORs can be submitted online after deadline by counsellor/ outsider !

yes, i believe so. colleges are understanding of things like this (letters of recommendation, score reports, etc.), especially if they are out of your control. worse comes to worst, your counselor has to submit his/her recommendation letter to your admission officer at each college.

@basicsinfo yes, the LOR deadlines are slightly later than the application deadlines. But bear in mind that there is a definite deadline for LORs too. So hurry up and get your teachers/counselor to submit them.
