I’m turning to cc because I can’t figure out what to do. I received a text saying my email may have been hacked. No problem, I’ve received warnings before and just reset my password. This time, I can’t sign in with my new password. I’ve reset at least 3 times (it keeps asking me to reenter email and password as well as a series of numbers and letters to prove I’m not a “robot”.) I’m not sure if my account has been blocked. Also, on my PC, I’ve been getting kicked off live.com when I try to sign in again.
Now I’m trying to figure out how to get online help. Anyone ever have this problem?
