Live webcam of an eagles nest, with sound

I just spotted the other egg. It’s still there.

When opened the webcam page just now baby was alone. Then - WOOSH - mom or dad came right in with breakfast. :)

I agree, he looking very strong and growing.

Looks like the egg is finally gone. The mom lured the baby from the center of the nest with a fish, then blocked the camera. Then, no more egg…

No egg? At the moment Phoenix explores the nest under a watchful eyes. I also noticed Phoenix grooming himself for the first time. (At the moment, Phoenix is positioned directly in front of the camera - and looks to nod off a bit.)

I was just watching too, ignatious. Chat there says the eagles probably buried the other egg down in a hole in the nest

This is so cool. Thanks for posting the link. Wish I had started watching before the egg hatched!!

Question - when I started watching yesterday it was a close up view. A few minutes ago it suddenly zoomed out giving a lovely view of the whole nest and Mom, dad, baby. Does it just randomly zoom in and out or did I inadvertently do something? If so, what did I do? I like both views depending on what is going on.

swimcatsmom, it was nothing you did. Occasionally the view will switch to a camera mounted a little higher and farther away to give a wider angle.

By the way, if anyone’s watching the hummingbird website, one of the eggs hatched today, appropriately on Mother’s Day! :)

swimcatsmom, they usually switch to the high overhead camera when both mom and dad are threre.

I can’t see the hummingbird camera anymore - says the account is suspended.

The eagle has been so much fun to watch!

I’m still seeing the humming bird camera (I assume it is live).

Phoebe webcam is still good: Here is the link.

Phoebe is the mother. Hope is the baby hatched this morning.

You can see the baby now.

Okay - I see Phoenix - and the egg.

The eagle egg is back! Wow!!! Not that I think it is viable, but it is weird to see it back again.

Yes…finally we can see the egg again…and cute Phoenix.

Feeding time!

What’s wrong? Baby does not look to comfortable.
Mom is acting up…I wonder…umm.

Phoenix just crawled out and yawned. Both parents there.

Swimcatsmom-
The close up and wide angle camera shots are monitored by Doug Carrick

The whole family together!

Dad brought food: A big fish!

Just went to watch and got a great face on view of the chick almost looking straight at the camera.

The fish is still alive! Do they start pecking away at it when it’s alive?
