Log in on IPhone issue

As you can see, I’m logged in just fine on my iPad. I never have to log in when I begin…I’m just here.

Until a couple of days ago, that was also the case on my iPhone. I need to log in now…but now, I can not log in there. I’m pretty sure I’m using the right password…and I know my user name!

What can I do to find out my correct password? I do NOT want a new one!

@CC_Sorin

@thumper1, unfortunately I do not see a way for the site to display your password. The only option would be if you had it save in your passwords on your device and it would auto-populate when you log in. We also do not have access to a user’s password.

I did! And that’s my issue. It sort of disappeared for no reason on my iPhone…

I guess I’ll need to get a new password.

To see your saved passwords on an iPhone, navigate to Settings > Passwords. You may need to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Once authenticated, you can view a list of websites and apps with saved credentials. Tapping on a specific entry will reveal the username and password, according to Apple Support. You can also use Siri to find specific passwords by saying, “Show me my passwords” or asking for the password of a specific website or app.

Since your password is working on your iPad, try this on the iPad to determine your password then you can hopefully just enter it on your iPhone and save it there.
