@Arch_nemesis01 Same. I wanted to study Econ at LUMS as well, but after the fee hike, I just don’t know; I’m leaning more towards IBA now. Though, I’m not sure how IBA’s economics department is.
Also, is IBA’s entry test necessary even if you have done the SAT?
@FasihZ no, you are exempted from the test if you have a SAT score of 1260 or above. You only have to pass a very tough interview. People with SAT scores above 1450 are exempted from the interview as well and are offered direct admission.

It is by no measure “extremely” hard.
@misbahnoor22 Well that’s a relief. Finally, I can put my SAT score to some use. If LUMS doesn’t offer me a generous financial aid package, then I’m applying to IBA for sure.

If someone gets offer for 2nd preference school. Does he has to accept the offer and pay the fee in order to become eligible for revised offer or just wait and pay the fee when he gets revised offer?

I really hate the fact that we potentially may have to wait until june for all the decisions to come out but inshallah whatever happens is for the best. Also, is IBA or LSE a better second option? Because I need a backup just in case

But i had a talk with lums on portal chat they said now they will send mixed offers 1 and 2 round both.
