I just asked to see my recommendation letters and my ELA and additional academic recommenders sent them to me. My ELA teacher did a good job and wrote like literal paragraphs for each question and really showed my strengths/weaknesses. My additional academic recommendation which was written by my last year’s History teacher used like 1-2 sentences for each question and checked off “ONE OF THE TOP FEW I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED” in every category for the chart that asks about characteristics. Even though she wrote positive and didn’t write anything negative, I worry that this recommendation will be harmful to my application as it’s noticeable that she did it in a rush and didn’t write much and there were some misspelt words. (She’s still one of my favorite teachers though!) Does anyone know how much recommenders are supposed to/usually write? Thanks.
I thought the instructions for most schools required the teacher recommendations to be kept confidential, including as to the applicant.
Assuming that is correct, and this was just inadvertent, I would immediately delete/throw out these materials, and try to forget about them.

its soo good, Sarah and Paul are perfect as Carolyn and John. some parts just seem too hyperbolic but it does an incredible job of transporting you back to the '90s. I think its popularity really stems from a longing for old-school romance people want to see someone actually pursue their partner rather than the low-effort dating culture we have today 
YES I 100% agree. Have to do some real searching to find a good guy.

Hey, sorry if anyone already posted about this but I’m too lazy to scroll through all the posts. Did anyone else get an email from Emma Willard saying you were accepted, then a later email saying it was a mistake and no offical decisions will be out until March 10th?

I am not getting a single email from any TSAO schools.Is that a bad sign, or is it normal cause there are only 10 days left
Reportedly many people in the past have gotten offers from schools where their only contacts were the routine contacts every applicant gets. So I would not see being in that position as significant information.
