<p>There are now reports that a flight attendant from Schwarzenegger’s private jet also had a “love child.” I wonder how many will surface.</p>

<p>When I made a quick stop in a small grocery store today, they had a local radio station playing, and the DJ was talking about the story. He mentioned a celebrity (who I can’t remember who it was) who was quoted saying everyone in Hollywood knows that there’s more children. Maybe the flight attendant is who she was referring to.</p>
<p>The woman who is the flight attendant released a statement saying that she had DNA proof that her husband is the father of all of her children.</p>
<p>With all this cheating and DNA testing going on… Our mol bio grads will be BUSY. :)</p>
<p>This could not have happened at a better time for Oprah…</p>

<p>I can’t stand Gloria Allred but she did bring up an interesting fact regarding the prospect of a possible paternity suit brought against the Terminator by the housekeeper. Apparently California law prescribes that a child born during a marriage is, by law, presumed to be the issue of that marriage and disputed paternity must be challenged before the child’s 4th birthday. Thus, if Mildred’s youngster was born prior to her own divorce, and now the child is 14, then unless all parties consent Arnold may be immune from a paternity suit. Of course, he can admit to the affair but deny paternity. Also, I read before that complaints from husbands or boyfriends that they were deceived fall on deaf ears in the court room (in some states) after a certain time limit, no matter the veracity of the complaint.</p>

<p>I once asked a pregnant college student that question, and she told me that she was Catholic so could not use birth control … I told her that as a Catholic, she also was not supposed to have sex outside of marriage. If you’re going to commit one sin, might as well go for two. ;)</p>

I feel differently about that than I would a situation where a child was from a first marriage / relationship but was raised to believe he or she was the child of a second marriage / relationship. There, the mother had a real relationship with the bio father. A sperm donor? Not so much. No emotional relationship, no real “choosing”.</p>
<p>Re: the invitro child, by hiding it, the parents have made it something shameful or wrong. I am adopted, and have always known. One of my best friends found out accidently at age 20. she feels betrayed when she could have been raised to see it as normal. It isn’t as if this child’s father loves him less.</p>
