Looking for a moie to go. What are recent movies you liked?

I haven’t seen it yet but the very first movie I’d go see in a theater right now is Finding Dory. It got a 95% from rotten tomatoes.

love & friendship based on a jane austen novella - very well done (british of course)

Has anyone seen The Lobster?

I was a fan of The Nice Guys, but I’m also a 19 year-old guy so I don’t really fit the average demographic of CC.

I really want to see Finding Dory, but hubby isn’t interested and I don’t have any kids to take.

@iglooo What type of movies do you like?

I work at a theater and have seen most of the movies that are in theaters right now. By far the best movie is Finding Dory as it appeals to all ages i feel. I’m 17 and still found it amazing

Nice guys was good, neighbors 2 made me laugh like crazy, and i didn’t expect to like it at all. Pop star was disappointing. Looking forward to seeing dory, and the new Kevin Hart movie.

I like romance, comedy. I saw the trailer for Dory when I went to Junglebook. I’ll wait to watch another kids’ movie. Love and friendship was a bit too old fashioned to my taste. I can check out nice guys and neighbors.

Did you like Jungle Book, @Iglooo?

I heard a review on a podcast of “The Man Who Knew Infinity”, and would like to see it.

I did like Junglebook. The man who knew infinity is a thought. I should check that out.

We saw Finding Dory with the kids, ages 17 and 13, and everyone liked it.

Me Before You if you’re into chick flicks…

Two friends saw The Lobster today. Among the comments I heard " well that’s two hours we’ll never get back" and “two hours of bizarre nonsense”… fwiw…

Flymetothemoon- just go see the movie by yourself! H and I rarely like the same shows, I see movies by myself all the time.

I saw The Man who Knew Infinity and liked, not loved, it. Good story and acting. A bit slow.

Going to movie by oneself is totally fine. You don’t get to talk to people during the movie anyway. Going to a restaurant on the other hand…
