MY D applied LATE to BOCO (applied on the last night 12/1). We heard today that she was not offered an audition. I am not surprised, but she is disappointed. We toured the school in June and that was one of her top schools. Her grades aren’t stellar, so we couldn’t aim for some of the top programs that require a minimum GPA.

I was just rejected from BOCO too and I applied the day it was due lol. Let her know she is not alone and there are plenty of great schools who want to have her even with lower grades. This is very ironic coming from me but I thought I may as well put it out there.

We also heard a no from BoCo today. Definitely disappointed, but we still have some great auditions lined up in the next few weeks, so we are staying positive.

Has anyone heard from CCM or NYU Steinhardt yet? I’m trying to make plans for NYC unified but its so hard when you don’t know how many auditions you have.
I also applied to CCM! I’ve heard nothing back yet.
Is anyone applying to Pepperdine? My D still has to do the Music Fundamentals and Skills Assessment test and wants to know if it is tough! 
Has anyone completed it yet?

To CCM? I’ve only heard of people hearing no’s thus far today. I think emails went out this evening.
My daughter hasn’t heard yet.

We haven’t heard from CCM yet, either, but saw that they’re starting to send results.
We did hear an acceptance tonight to Montclair!!! So excited, as that’s one of her top choices!

Well I heard back from CCM- it was a no lol. Here’s the updated list so far. I really hope I get past for Syracuse and Pace. But I’m really proud of myself so far.
Passed Prescreens for MT: Point Park, Ithaca, Rider, U Mich
Redirected to Acting: Emerson, CMU
Not Passed (Rejected): Berklee, CCM
Not Heard Yet: Syracuse, Pace, Elon, Penn State

Has anyone already done a live audition for Pace? My D was notified on 12/24 that they have offered her a callback. All of Chicago Unifieds spots were filled, so she is headed to the LA live auditions. We want to know how intense the dance portion of the callback is and how long they give you for an interview. Thank you!

My daughter has her Pace audition on Jan. 25th. Happy to report back after then if no one else has answers before that!

Thank you so much!! My daughter applied late to everything so we are still waiting on callbacks from other schools…just have the ones she was able to lock down for Unifieds since many schools were already filled.
