Why not just keep your collection in rotation every 3-6 months? That way you can enjoy all of it while never getting bored with looking at any one thing.
We use ours to blow off the driveway and walkways at our house when there is just an inch or so of snow - it’s super efficient! And no more noisy than a snowblower!
I use a swifter duster with long handle.

OMG - Lynwood Pizza is still around?? H grew up in Braintree and he and his brother would go to Lynwood every Sunday night. When we first started dating in 1980, he took me there. I think he thought I’d be impressed. I wasn’t.
Star Tavern and the banned leaf blower towns. We must live really close to each other!
The noise! And the fumes!
Kitchens with no upper cabinets. Looks nice, but bending down to get everything can get a bit old. And having a few upper shelves doesn’t work for me. Most of my kitchen stuff needs to stay hidden!
At both Home Depot and Amazon, the best selling leaf blowers are all electric ones, rather than gas. Fumes are not a given. Electric ones also can be far quieter than traditional gas ones from previous decades. For example, the best selling leaf blower at Home Depot is 54dB – roughly the volume of a quiet conversation or a bit louder than a refrigerator hum.
Thank you for that video. Those pies look great. I’m in Waltham and Arlington fairly often. Is there a particular place you’d recommend that is somewhat close by? I’d love to try it.
It’s been a while but as I recall Star bakes their pies on pan with a screen on the bottom. A bit different from the pans in the video @GKUnion posted. They actually press the crust up the sides of the pan which also is different from most Jersey style pizzas.
I may have to pick up an assortment of local pies to eat while watching.
There really isn’t similar bar pizza near, or north of Boston. The style is called South Shore Bar Pizza. The South Shore is, as you’d expect, south of Boston. I’ll ask some guys at work that cover that area if they have a recommendation.
Yeah - I figured that. If it makes it easier I’d be open to going home via 95 instead of going west on the Pike before heading south. Thanks
Sooo… back to topic… I don’t get the big deal about hokas. The first pair I tried made one of my toes hurt a LOT (and the shoes have wide toe boxes so I didn’t understand why my toe hurt, but it happened every time I walked a bit in them). I waited a few years and thought maybe I’d give Hokas another try. They gave me plantar fasciitis! No thanks.
I like Hokas but hate Vionics. I guess my feet aren’t the right shape. Gave the unworn pair to my niece who said they hurt her feet to so she sold it gifted them.
I don’t understand the hype for Detroit-style pizza. It reminds me of school cafeteria pizza from grade school.
When I was a kid my Mom was always on the lookout for NY style pizza. I’m not sure she ever found exactly what she was looking for.
I love my Hoka shoes but you have to find the right model for your foot.
Gas leaf blowers have been banned in the city near me for many years. My husband uses the electric blower when he cleans the rain gutters once a year.
LED lighting. I HATE the light quality from these. And the strobing. I’ve tried the “warm white” variations and I still hate it. I hoarded incandescent bulbs as much as I could, but they are getting harder to find. I had to trash my incandescent Christmas lights this year because they finally died after years of service and replace them with LED. Yuck!
I saw some people posting on social media after the election about bringing back incandescent lighting. YES, please!
I would love an incandescent revival.
