UCR medical school says at Mission, Vision, Diversity, & Values Statements | School of Medicine that serving Inland Southern California is an important goal. Hence it should not be surprising if its medical school admission (not just the early assurance program) favors applicants who are more likely to want to practice there, who are more likely to have existing ties to that region.

Just go to SJSU and save your money. ( I know you have not mentioned SJSU in the list). You can even get the college experience by living in the dorm for an year. Lot of local hospitals and other research opportunities to boost your med school chances.
One option in your list would be UDel which will also save money.
