<p>I liked Casey tonight.</p>
<p>I thought everyone did well tonight (Crystal, Siobhan, Lee did quite well while the other three did really well), so I’m not voting. And Shania gave pretty good advice.</p>
<p>I thoguht most did well toinight. I liked Casey the most and Crystal and Aaron the least. I thought Shania had good advice and that her songs worked well with the contestants.</p>
<p>I didn’t think Crystal was bad. Her song choice was a happy/peppy song rather than one with big “moments” of emotion. This seemed to bring on the criticism from the judges. It’s funny how they say they want to see different sides of the performer and “don’t get stuck in a rut” but then when the singer changes it up ala Crystal, they disparage it. After their reaction to Crystal’s performance, I was expecting them to blast Shiobahn for doing “Any Man of Mine”. I was surprised they liked it so much.</p>
<p>I agree Casey did very well. I can see him doing well in country music.</p>
<p>Yes, Casey was really good last night. I was not a major fan of his, but I really liked him last night. I didn’t even know the song, but liked him singing it. Aaron is good, but I can’t look at him when he sings either. He seems so young. He’s talented, but don’t see him winning. Crystal is very talented, we know that. Michael is talented as well, but I don’t see him winning either. I just can’t get myself to like Siobhan, I don’t know why.</p>
<p>I think Siobhan is to go. I thought she was pretty terrible despite the judges praise. little shrimp was good too, but ruined the song when he said he dedicated it to his mom. There it goes the teen girl follow up that Archuletta had. It’s between those 2 tonite.</p>

<p>Out with Siobhan----I did not get the praise for that performance. Still love Crystal—but I could barley understand the lyrics??? Mumbling??? And time to find someone to help pick her clothes–we are in the big time now-step it up Crystal!</p>

<p>Siobhan or Aaron should go tonight. I am not a fan of Siobhan and her constant screaming in songs. Aaron is young and I think he needs to mature more.</p>
<p>Crystal has the help of a stylist and her clothes still look terrible. My 15 year old D is great at styling and keeps saying that the contestents look worse this year than in any other years with the clothes they are putting them in!</p>
<p>For me, Crystal’s outfits are less distracting than Siobhan’s.</p>
<p>mmmm…Siobhan’s clothing is ??? but it seems at least Crystal has some sort of style of her own…Crystal will also have to get her teeth fixed, but at least not quite as noticeable as Siobhan’s. There’s just something about Siobhan that I just don’t like, can’t put my finger on it. Aaron is talented, but nothing special.</p>
<p>I have been waiting for weeks to see Siobhan go! Her screaming, clothing and really just everything about her bugs me! After her performance last night, I thought for sure the judges would give her negative feedback - and they loved her! Ugh! I thought she was truly terrible last night, but it seems she can do no wrong in their eyes!</p>
<p>Well, either Siobhan or Casey are leaving AI. I think it will be Siobhan, but I was surprised to see Casey in the bottom 3, so anything can happen.</p>
<p>Oh no…my favorite, Siobhan…bye, bye Siobhan, what a beautiful voice!!!</p>
<p>Siobhan has a great voice and a lovely personality/look, but I’m not sure she could have progressed any further on the show. I think Casey can still grow, as can Lee, so I’d like to keep them around for a bit longer.</p>
<p>FYI, Crystal is from our area and so we have “Crystal updates” in our newspaper and on the news constantly. In a couple of interviews she has talked about how the stylists have been trying to get her to change - I forget what they wanted her to wear one time - leopard or something - she refuses to go their route and prefers to listen to what they have to say, but make final choices herself. I actually think her make-up is much softer than in the beginning. Not like the guys are getting dressed up or nothing!!!</p>
<p>I loved Simon’s comment about Siobhan, that her one particular screechy note yesterday sounded like she was giving birth.</p>
<p>Here’s how this game plays out. We’ve seen it before. Michael goes next week because, well, to put it politely, the Idol audience is a little whiter than Wonderbread.</p>
<p>Then, the strummy boys start consolidating fan bases. One of them goes week and all those votes go to the remaining two. The second one goes and all those votes consolidate to the remaining strummy boy, who clobbers Crystal in the final as she is no match for the combined votes of three or four strummy boys. I’m guessing the little 17 year old dweeb takes it.</p>

<p>interesteddad, you crack me up. You might be right but the judges sure seem to be pushing hard for Crystal so she may win after all. I’m hoping Casey goes next, I just don’t get him.</p>
