<p>i agree that just about everything is awesome…i just wish i knew how many posts i made on the old site, since this one starts over…and because i changed names…(from ilovefood) thats what happens when you post somewhere for a year and a half and then you forget about it for a month or two…you come back and BAM! its new and significantly improved…</p>
<p>My wife pointed me to a long/verbose post/thread about avoiding engineering. After reading the post and the thread and registering and developing a cogent retort… I was informed that it was the old board, and was accepting no posts. Sigh… the new board doesn’t have that thread.</p>
<p>…sort of like getting all dressed up and having nowhere to go!</p>
<p>Feel free to start another “retort to the pitfalls of engineering” thread. Put a link in it that links to the thread in the old board.</p>
