I just see New (X) but I no longer seem to see Unread (X) even though I can see that there are a lot of unread posts down below in the long Latest list.
Unread is usually my main view.

I’m having the same issue along with notification problems.
My ‘new’ and ‘unread’ are combined. I usually have about 10 new and often 30 or so unread and today it is New (59) and when I go in the tab it is all the unread stuff too.

My New and Unread are also combined, I don’t like it.
The “New” page is terrible now.
I’ve also noticed that you can no longer preview posts before submitting them 
I never use the “Latest” view so don’t know if that has changed.
Since @twoinanddone mentioned it, I can now see that New and Unread are combined now (I had assumed that Unread did not appear in New, because I usually do not look in New). So maybe this is a change that someone made on purpose, thinking it would be better to combine New and Unread?
Maybe we could have a thread here in Forum Updates that has release notes when the forum changes, so that we aren’t surprised and confused? Sometimes people in charge of a thing are not aware of which small-seeming features people depend on.

Something weird is also going on when you post a reply. Until a few days ago, it was easy to hit two upward carrots and view the post you were replying to…enabling you to quote other parts, etc. Now it takes a song and dance to do this.
And the cursor problem is still there too.
And the font has changed also.

If you click NEW, under the DISMISS and UNREAD buttons, there are small options for TOPICS and REPLIES. There are numbers next to each. It looks like TOPICS are new topics and REPLIES is what used to be in the header as unread. It is annoying to have to go through that extra step to find the threads that I am actively participating in.
Editing to add that I think the bookmark button could be filed in the hamburger menu rather than on the header.

Thanks for sharing the specific details you’re encountering. I know that an update went live recently and it seems like it impacted the UX quite a bit. I’ll share this feedback and see what updates or fixes are potentially in place.

@CC_ajenkins could you please share what exactly was updated. For the record…every.single.time. this site has been updated, it has caused issues, and appears more like a down grade.
So…what features were changed in the update. Perhaps that will help readers like me know what’s up.
I’m also realizing there might be lots of forums or sub forums that don’t show up in my “Latest” or even when it goes to the main page group under headings. Is there a cheat sheet somewhere on how to find everything?
And I am no longer seeing a little number next to my avatar indicating the number of threads with responses that I am active on. If I only looked at that, I would think I had nothing new to read at all.
And one day, I got a thing that said my latest had no new posts…which was not true.

I’m having the same issue and took some screen shots yesterday for @CC_ajenkins so she is aware of the problem. Hopefully IT can find a solution.

I noticed and posted about a font change a week or so ago. No one else seemed to notice at the time.
I’m hoping @CC_ajenkins will be updating us at some point soon on the changes with the recent update to this site.
@CC_ajenkins - We seem to have a problem with stale threads not auto closing after 6 months. One more thing for your list - sorry!
