Same thing happened to me, I emailed my school guidance counselor that one of my schools was requesting my mid-year grades and she sent them to all of my schools.
I would suggest that if you had half-year courses (classes lasting one semester), to update those grades as those are now completed. For example, I took Economics fall semester at my school and I got an 88 quarter 1 & 93 quarter 2 and they averaged that out and that went on my mid-year transcript. I updated my SRAR today to reflect that 91. But all my current full-year courses and my other two half-years are still listed as ‘in progress’.
I’m a student though, whether you trust me or not is alright. Just providing my perspective.
