Undergrad transfer will consider your freshman year GPA (you said 60), even if it is in engineering. There is no way to make that up even if you manage perfect grades your sophomore year in finance. Both years will be considered and that is not going to be strong enough for the top-ranked schools you seem to be targeting.
I agree with others that you should devote some time to improving your English reading comprehension and writing. That will be necessary if you ever study in the US or another English-speaking country.
