<p>hope you get notified, some regions might be slower in notifying finalists. washington area was 2 days faster than ca/hawaii.</p>

<p>I have no idea. I tried calling the scholarship program manager to ask her about it but all I get is a recording about how the application process works (which is not that much info) and that the application is now closed.
I feel like they would tell people at least by email about their status but idk I haven’t gotten any sort of notification yet…</p>

i’m old school, i want my results revieled by old fashion mail envelope. but in 2012 few send info by snail mail XD</p>

<p>i’m pretty sure i view this forum almost every minute… i called the nordstrom number and they said they still haven’t called everyone in the norcal/ hawaii region and they would let people who didn’t make it know that… anyway, the people at the end of the line didn’t sound like they really knew though for sure</p>
<p>Do you guys think they might be calling in alphabetical order or in a particular order other than region by region? Also, what shows up in the caller ID when they do call?</p>

<p>Today at ~5 received a call here on the east coast. We have been out of state all last week, so I’m really happy.</p>

<p>@zoopa12 I’m from the Washington/Alaska area and I haven’t been notified but I know that @Joeberv on this thread is from the Washington state area and has been notified that they are a finalist. I believe there were 14 finalists from our region (at least according to this thread) but not sure.
I’m also in the same boat as you and hoping that I was selected as finalist and they just haven’t called yet, but the chances seem low :/</p>

Yeah I saw that! I was wondering if he knew the rest of the numbers since it’d still be cool to acknowledge the fact that we made it as a semifinalist out of so many. It’s a real bummer to have to wait so long! I wish they showed how they decided who makes the cut as well.</p>
<p>If they haven’t notified other people in other regions, we still may have a chance 
Who knows, maybe they aren’t done deciding their last few.</p>
