transfer financial aid packages r infamously bad. i called the office of admissions and they offer more scholarships to incoming freshmen
Man I’m losing it. Haven’t had a checklist on my application since April, haven’t received any word, nor have I seen any of the changes others have seen on Albert (cost of attendance, transfer credits, etc.). Should I just give up; CAS Econ btw
Same I’m still pending . But my application wasn’t complete until 4/16 . Had a hard time getting my high school transcript since my schools closed . Took three weeks to finally get it . But now I’m nervous as so many people heard back yesterday and I’m still pending
Same, I got everything done for NYU before the quarantine. I thought decisions were rolling, I got my stuff done mad early, now I’m scared there’s just less and less seats everyday if it is rolling. Only hope I have is only one person seemed to get a result from CAS Econ here yesterday
Do you guys think it’s actually rolling? It seems like they release decisions as batches not so much as rolling

@def1234 congrats! I also applied Tisch drama (haven’t heard back). From what I hear, you have to commit before getting your studio placement. I’m going based off of YouTube videos for Tisch Drama transfers.

For those who want to know about NC grade this semester,
I got admitted to NYU Tandon yesterday, but I might get one NC (No Credit) this semester which might affect the admission status.
So I emailed NYU and asked what happens to the admission decision if I have a NC this semester due to the stressful circumstances caused by COVID-19.
Their answer is P or NC this year will not have impact on the admission status.
Hope this info is helpful for ppl who have concerns about the academic status this semester like me!

I did have a year after high school where I went to a film conservatory for producing. GPA there: 3.72, also held an internship at a film production company.

No ACT and SAT was on the old scale, but I didn’t even send them in
overall grades – a mix of A’s, B’s, and some C’s
had to retake chem.
