I’m in the same boat…If we want to get results next week, how long ago should we have seen our application list go away?

interesting. so the whole time u were seeing spring and summer b4 the acceptance?
There were several applicants last year who never had any portal changes whatsoever and were accepted so do not stress on the checklist. I thought the checklist disappearing was a good sign for acceptance and literally went through many different users to see outcomes last year. And kids were accepted and rejected both ways, with and without checklists. The only real indicator is what we saw Sunday when many of you all saw FA updates and COA show up. Other than that there really is no telltale indicator at all.

I one hundred percent agree with you. I think the FA and COA showing up is the only viable indicator and these indicators can show up anytime, like from 3 days before to a few hours before

100%. Last year one of the kids accepted on May 12 had those indicators show up on the 8th. The rest literally an hour or so before acceptance. Nothing else is any kind of indicator at all. Truly.

Hi, does your admission info says something like mcc paris? Mine just says mcc i’m not sure if it is mcc nyc or mcc paris.
I called, and my daughter called, and we were each told that transfer students wouldn’t have on campus accommodation.

UGH I’m sorry to hear that. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise as off campus will be far more affordable. Hopefully she has already had the “dorm experience”. My D stayed in the dorm her first year in NYC and made some wonderful lifelong friends.
If I may ask, what do you mean by FA and COA?

On the housing: I haven’t been notified yet (fingers crossed), but hopefully everyone who has been accepted can connect with others on this form and find roommates. Yall seem cool :] I hope more of us find out soon!!

I emailed asking about housing and they said:
“The housing application for Fall 2021 will be available soon. Since on campus housing is not guaranteed , transfer students are strongly encouraged to seek their own accommodations. On campus housing offers will be extended only if space becomes available. Updates may not be available until late June or July.”
