I’m still waiting on other colleges too 
haven’t received a decision from any so far so this is frustrating. Although, UPenn notified us that they’ll be releasing decisions on Monday at 5 PM, which I wish NYU could do as well. And exactly! Only thing keeping my faith right now is that I know Stern usually does update students last so I’m trying not to lose hope in an acceptance even though nothing has changed yet. But same, acceptance or rejection, I just hope to hear sooner rather than later

i feel you on that, nyu is my dream school as well and i have commitment deadlines on june 1, but people have already been submitting housing forms which makes me worried i will lose housing opportunities if nyu doesn’t come out with their decisions VERY soon. the only thing that changed on my portal is my checklist is gone. everything else is the same ):

Cinema Studies and minor in Producing
i saw that’s why if i do get in (fingers crossed) i will be applying for housing right away. however, right now, if i don’t get in, i could be jeopardizing my chances of getting transfer housing at the school i already got accepted to. idk how much longer i can afford to wait.

im sad. i saw someone on reddit got into nyu as a biochem major but i havent heard anything yet :((
hopefully we hear back on friday or monday but i heard people say that admissions told them they’d hear before usually the end of may.
I called admissions 2 days ago and they told me I would most likely hear back on Monday, and if not by Monday then most definitely the Monday after that, so I don’t know if we’ll hear back on Friday but I think a lot of us will hear back after the weekend! I’m not too confident about my application so I really wish everyone the best!

just my feeling but mondays seem to have larger waves than fridays

I JUST CHECKED AND I GOT ACCEPTED INTO STERN! I CALLED LAST WEEK AND THEY TOLD ME TO EXPECT BY FRIDAY!! I literally cannot believe it I’m so happy! good luck everyone!
p.s. I called like 4 times last week and showed interest since forever, I think that has to do with the process.

Btw guys do u think if they still haven’t made a decision and the buttons are there and u called the admission do u think they might see if u r getting accepted or not. Like if someone called and they till them hopefully u will get good news in like two or three weeks is that a thing?
