wish i would know
which buttons do you mean?
i got into barnard so i’m not that stressed anymore. probably will commit this week
congratulations!!

on your application portal there are two buttons to the side “update personal info” and “update application info” i think
it looks like from people who’ve gotten a decision their “update application info” button disappears 1-2 days before they get their decision
ohh i see now
aight ok lol
bc if the checklist has been gone for a while, doesn’t that mean they pretty much already reviewed your application. and someone on here said the later the decision, the more likely it’s rejection. idk maybe i’m overthinking it
thank you!!!
checklist gone means theyre reviewing or completed reviewing. i think we should only start worrying if dont get results by next week.
For all the stern applicants out there, if the patterns for when decisions are released remains the same, stern applicants could hear potentially this Friday, cause last year they came out on May 22nd which was the 2nd to last Friday, and May 21st will be the 2nd to last Friday this year, so buckle up cause they could come out.
And it seems like if you don’t get a decision within this first wave for stern, you will most likely be waitlisted or rejected cause that was the trend last year for stern.
Oh gosh, yeah could be. I’m so nervous
ahhh
But also, do you think that judging by the way this year has been going when everything seems to be pushed back by like a week or more, the first wave for Stern applicants could actually be pushed back to the week after this Friday? So like the next Monday and onward?
Yup, that could totally happen. I’m just speculating based off of last year’s trends, but it is true that this year everything is pushed back 1 week, so it could come out next week, but that’s really cutting it close to the June 1st deadline, and it seems like at least for Stern, they wanna release the acceptances a little earlier before the June 1st commitment date just so they can see if enough people enroll, cause if not, they would accept a few of the weaker applicants or waitlisted applicants.
By challenging I meant like asking for more aid hahah
you can try but its unlikely because they wrote on their website they only give aid to certain students. my friend got into meyers got 12k max for aid
Omgg thank you so so much i hope the best for you and i hope you get accepted into both and then choose from there

Oh damn both checklist and buttons still there this doesn’t look ok for me oopsie
Great to see another Music Theory and Composition applicant! I haven’t heard anything back yet either. My checklist disappeared a few weeks ago, but I haven’t had any other changes on the applicant portal or Albert since then. I submitted in late March.
i submitted right when it was due. does it matter when you submit it? like the later you submit the later you hear back?
