Has anyone got an email getting accepted to the Computer Science Major? I’m still waiting on mine

What is everyone’s thoughts on if you don’t hear today with regards to an acceptance then the chances move to wait list or rejection after today??? Any Dept of Ag Food Science major’s been accepted??? Applied ED got deferred still waiting in RD pool…
I don’t think this has been posted yet but the 2014-2015 Headcount target report just came out. It might give more insight which majors are harder to get into.

My daughter was accepted ED to Biological Sciences last November. Just wanted to post here that 5 of her friends found out they were in yesterday via the portal. I don’t know their stats but the breakdown is 1 for English, 3 Business and 1 for Communication I believe. Three of them were using CP as a safety school. They are all instate.
Good luck to those still waiting to hear back and Congrats to those who are just finding out they’ve been accepted.
@SantaClarita friend was accepted into food science under ag, not sure when, she got the email.

Alright i’m getting extremely frustrated i applied for Business Administration and have not heard back yet.
Stats:
4.08 GPA
28 ACT(27 math 30 reading)
21+ EC
There are at least 7 kids at my school who have been accepted with the same major with lower GPA and SAT/ACT than my friend( 4.05 2010 sat 21+ EC) and I.
How is this possible? State schools is number system

In the same boat but under Ag - Food Science. You have great scores - it’s just a waiting game now.
I was accepted in December and I came back on recently to root on the deferred students. Congratulations to all of you who have been accepted! And to all of you still waiting, good luck! But what I find disturbing is when the frustration of the student or parent turns into an attack on the school. Is that necessary? Or helpful in any way? How does it make the admitted students feel? Please think how your comments hold up to those questions and stay positive!

@jeffblack001 i dont want to be mean but are you kidding or did you really did get accepted. here everyone who has not yet heard is pretty frustrated and tense and if your post is a joke then please…dont do this…your stats are kinda low for CS major…but if you did get in …then congrats!
@balhbalh that was a kinda insulting comment to @jeffblack001 when u start off with I don’t want to be mean then u r about to be. So stop yourself and don’t automatically think people are lying just because they may not have the same stats as u.
@5nonnegotiables He was just stating facts and there,s nothing wrong with that. The person is most likely lying as they made their account only an hour ago
