I have the same thing, I was rejected in my letter but have a form to accept or decline my admission offer.

Now it just has my rejection letter, it was disappointing to have the form and other accepted students links initially.

Sounds a bit like what BU, NYU and NEU haveā¦they offer first semester abroad and then you come to the campus starting spring semester. But I donāt know if F&M is the same.
