<p>I am just starting to play, although I do have 3 years of prior experience when I was about 10. I have a strong enough passion for it, but the ‘‘dark age’’ really is killing me. I love the insturment, evidently my favorite.

<p>I seriously have to get better, I practice 5 hours a day just for the record.</p>
<p>I love playing Maple Leaf Rag and other songs by Scott Joplin. They’re so much fun to play! =)</p>

<p>Gah, I’m sad to see that you guys aren’t really into classicals. They can really tune up your style of playing.</p>

<p>Hmmm…the only thing I can play on piano is scales.</p>
<p>My teacher, being all old and Russian, has me play only classical stuff for her, so that’s mostly what I play. I teach myself a couple of more pop-y songs, though.</p>
But the composer thread kind of talked about that already I guess.</p>
