My daughter was just deferred as well. So tired of these deferrals. So sorry she worked so hard to get all these in early.

In-state. My daughter was accepted 1/21 as scheduled to main campus. My son received notification today of his acceptance but for Newark campus.
Also deferred in NJ
Does anyone know if they admit by major? As in, if you applied to Bus-Finance is it harder to get in?

Do deferred have to submit midterm grades?
We were thinking the same thing. Daughter applied to Business and was deferred in the past hour. But deferrals are not just happening with one school and not others. I do think Business school is a little harder to get into, but donāt have any stats to back that up.
Thank you. Some colleges consider you first for the school, then for the specific ācollegeā/major. So it would be possible to get admitted to the university but then maybe not the ācollegeā/major. I donāt know OSUās policy for that.

I would love to know if anyone who heard today was accepted. My son and a few of his friends were all deferred.

Has anyone gotten in today to Columbus campus?
Agreed-very disappointing. My daughter was deferred today. I donāt think they even read her application. Do we think this batch of applications were an oversight and were not even looked at? this is very upsetting.
