Does OSU review in-state applications for Morill before out-of-state ones? Have any out-of-state decisions come out yet?

I think itās random bc Iām in state and still havenāt got a notification yet. My hopes are giving at this point
I think morrill scholarships are on hold at the very minimum if not on the chopping block, at least for those who have not already been notified. Just seems like very very few people have said to be awarded compared to boards years before
Just a follow up, we spoke with the business school directly today they were great - they set up a private tour for the day we are in in that region. Faith in OSU restored!

We are OOS and my daughter got one - but yes we are concerned if it will be upheld. We are scheduled to go in about a week to in interview for Distinction.

Congratulations! You are the only one i see (thatās responding anyway). Earlier you mentioned she heard in January. I havenāt noticed anyone else saying they received notice lately. I am sure regardless of what happens they cant rescind your offer, for this year anyway.
Well it makes me very hesitant to accept the offer- right now she has full tuition. If she gets distinction its a full ride which will be hard to pass up but the uncertainty of the situation makes me not want to gamble unless they can guarantee they wonāt take it away

Yes, for Morrill Distinction. Is there a good thread that talks about Morrill? I canāt seem to find one. Wondering about interview process and how many are invited vs how many are awarded, etc. We cannot attend in person unfortunately. But will do the virtual option. Itās her YIG weekend and sheās Speaker of the House.

This is encouraging. I am wondering of they are reviewing based on submission. My child submitted right before jan 31 deadline.
We are visiting this weekend and hope to ask questions about the scholarship, although I am sure they cannot give definitive answers since everything is changing and no one really knows what is going on 
Looks like Honors decisions are still rolling out. D25 received an email late last night indicating she was accepted for Honors.

My daughter received a notice last night that she also is being admitted to the honors college. However, she has received no merit scholarship offers which I find odd. Anyone else in the same boat?
