Has anyone OOS who didn’t apply to Stamps get a decision? My OOS daughter’s app still shows “in review” for Columbus campus, arts & sciences etc. We didn’t expect to see OOS people posting that they received a decision and now she’s nervous.

My in-state daughter received her acceptance for Columbus campus around 10:00 last night in the portal and had an email acceptance in her inbox from sometime after midnight.

My son also applied to Arts & Sciences and it still says In Review. We are OOS as well.

Ohio State will be a very tough admit this year with large freshman class last year (more enrollment than planned as it’s high demand school)

My daughter was accepted OOS last night for Civil Engineering. She told us at 9:46 p.m. C, but I don’t know when the decision was actually posted. Does anyone know when scholarships are usually announced? National Buckeye, Morill?

I’m still trying to make sense of the OOS notifications since they aren’t supposed to come until Jan? I know my DS will stress since it’s his number one (but definitely a tough admit!)

It’s only OOS for Stamps, is my understanding.

My son was accepted, IS, biochem/premed. It doesn’t say anything about honors or scholarships. Is that information found elsewhere, or is it just not available yet? Or he just didn’t get into honors or receive a scholarship?

Does anyone know how it works if you apply as business OOS? Can you still get into OSU but not the business school? And if it’s a had admit, can we change major now? Luckily this isn’t my kid’s top choice. She has 4.62/3.83, 34 superscore, but no calc, average EC, good essay

You should submit for reconsideration to DUS at Penn State. My sophomore son was in same situation, but got in this way and is now in Smeal. Only 8% get accepted to Smeal.

Daughter got main campus fall start in DUS in early December with similar stats, but was TO. She is waiting on OSU business too.

I resubmitted- PSU is not a top choice at all. She wants warm and south. But I had NO idea how easy it is to get into PSU main campus for other majors vs business. Insane actually to have 50% acceptance rate and then 8% for biz
