<p>By the way, if you don’t like putting 10characters on short posts, I’ve discovered an easier fix. Just put in a bunch of spaces and then a period.</p>

<p>I used to know how to make it so you could have invisible text so you could make very short posts without doing the period thing, but CC stopped that for some reason</p>

<p>We had a thread a while back where people were making invisible posts by matching the color of the background. You could read them by highlighting. Sadly it turned out to be against TOS, but it was fun while it lasted.</p>

<p>Venkat’s post #3 shows how to create quote grey text boxes. The difference is that where he has left SPACES, you cannot have ANY spaces. He left the spaces to demonstrate the directions. Had he not left the spaces, it would have appeared like this:

and nobody would be able to view the directions.
So, follow his directions but eliminate any spaces.</p>

<p>I’ve been a member of CC (had different user name on old board—“Valpal”. When converting to new board, had to come up with another username. Lost all my posting counts that would have given me “Senior” status by now:rolleyes:. By then, D was through the whole application process, and I was addicted to the Parent’s Cafe Forum) for five years now, and only learned how to grey-box highlight a quote a few months ago. Same with making italics, and words appear in bold print.</p>
