Out of Shanghai's top 100 ranked school, which are the easiest to transfer into as an Intl. student?

Thanks! I am planning on applying to 7 schools. Last 3 were Safety choices and I needed 3 reach schools and a dream, (high but realistic)

  1. I added Ohio State University (as I was previously accepted a couple of years ago ) and I think I have a good chance.

  2. I also applied to University of Pittsburgh. I think at this point I have a good safety net.

Penn State I have thought about but I don’t like their inner transfer process. 20 Campuses competing for a transfer to University Park (which is the only approved school on the aforementioned list) Look at the statistics http://admissions.psu.edu/apply/statistics/ it’s rather discouraging that out of 10k applicants only 448 got into University Park.

Now, I’d love to apply to a prestigious school so I don’t have any regrets but I also want to be realistic. I also acknowledge the fact that I don’t have the stats for a top, top school.

P.S. I am assuming this was moved to the Chinese sub-forum for “Shanghai” even though I’m neither chinese nor is the post relevant to the country. I think the general International/transfer sub is a better fit.
