@Ballerina016 I posted this question on a Cal Poly SLO thread and got this interesting link http://www.sanluisobispo.com/news/local/education/article39489081.html
Interesting read @SeattleMom1 . They require 180 units to graduate, with UCB only requiring 150 units.
SLO is on quarters, UCB semesters.
So excited to announce that D got accepted to the honors college at her #1 school!!!
Congrats @2filles . DS16ās best friend is waiting to hear .
@2filles Thatās awesome and especially to know before year end! Congrats!!
Funny, I see āUSCā and only think of Southern California. Just shows how regional this process can be! Either way, congratulations!
@GoldenWest Me too! CC almost broken me of that habit now!!
@GoldenWest Same here. My heart skipped a beat for a moment thinking that USC (California) is notifying applicants already.
@GoldenWest and @CAMidwestMom If you listen to Darius Rucker thereās only one USC , and it was established in the 1801 in the great state of SC. Itās funny , I had to train myself to think of USC being University of Southern California . Everything is regional.
Yay @2filles Congrats!!! <:-P
Super Congrats to all the great newsā¦hugs and sweets to all who received not so great newsā¦That Tulane article pretty much says it bestā¦no matter what they will all be okay!

@labegg - I had completely forgotten about Kipper until you mentioned that cartoon. Now I am singing it in my head! My son hated Barney, but loved Elmo, Teletubbies, Big Comfy Couch, and of course Thomas. Wow - seems like a long time ago!
Welcome @sunbeams . This is a great group of supportive people who revel in the good news of all of our kids and commiserate when the news is not what we had hoped .
