And the weekend continues to get better. Just found that DS16 was accepted into Clemson Calhoun Honors College. So excited . Lots of choices.

My daughter was also accepted to Calhoun Honors!! She also got confirmation of her NMF status. AND as long as I am bragging her One Act Play Team made it to State!

Thanks everyone! @Mysonsdad fun fact about the one act play - the guidance counselor at her school is the coach and he took a play that was about 3 hours normally and edited it down to the 35 minutes allowed per the one act play competition rules. We feel really lucky to have him as the guidance counselor.
I think I’ve hit the wall re: this college paper work and all the other we are juggling in life.
I took another look at the D’s college list. Forget that school that meets 100% need. The NPC is supposed to be accurate, and it’s simply out of reach financially. I’m not going to bother with all the paperwork for that one.
For three schools offering merit awards, I emailed the FA offices, and only one requires the FAFSA for merit.
I think I’ve just reduced the work load!

We got good news from UCB. “Congratulations! I am delighted to offer you admission to the University of California, Berkeley for Fall 2016! You have been admitted to the College of Letters and Science”

Happy to add into the good news Friday. D is confirmed NMF. Her school is super low key about it, but she got her certificate so at least it’s official.
