I don’t have a download student score report link - perhaps they come in waves?
@CAtransplant, thanks for the tip, I’ll ask her to check for it
@whataboutcollege @Darcy123 so I’m on the page that says View Your Scores in red and then has the composite score and all the subscores going down vertically and I don’t see a download student score report PDF link either. Maybe you’re right Darcy123 that they are rolling them out?
I have found that the ACT website works best with internet explorer. If you are using another browser you may want to switch. .
Hmm thanks @Cheeringsection - based on your recommendation, I tried going to Explorer as I was on Chrome but it’s no different. At the top right I see Log out and then below it on the right, across from Test Date I see “Printer-friendly version” and under that, “More Information About Your Scores” but no “download student score report PDF” link there either.
@CAtransplant We can’t access D20’s detailed student score report either (she did NOT take the writing). I know we’re doing everything right because we can see the detailed score report from three years ago. I’m wondering if they just aren’t available yet.
Our scoring report just became available this morning.
College Board released Nov SAT scores this morning (multiple choice, not writing). In case anyone is waiting for those scores. S20 was at school when they came out, but I think he’s happy with his scores.
Thanks @Nicki20 ours showed up today too.
Not here! The dreaded “We apologize but your score is still being processed. You should get your score within a week; you’ll get an email when your score is available.”
@HarrietMWelsch
This was a trick (shared in CC) my DS used for his October subject test that you may want to try “if you pretend you’re sending the scores to a college (choose a random college and add it to your list), then click on Choose Which Scores to Send, the score is showing up on that list.” It worked for him.
Thanks, @makemesmart ! I think for that one to work, you have to have current scores in the system. This S only has 10th grade PSAT and 7th grade SATs. He’s stuck playing the patience game (not really a strong suit for anybody in this family).
We had the day off of school and work today because the air quality is so poor here due to Camp Fire in Paradise CA. Having grown up on the East Coast, I can say unequivocally that I prefer “snow” days to “smoke” days. The silver lining was having the day off and DS getting his SAT scores back. He did well and if his PSAT scores are on par with his SAT, he should be in the running for NMSF. Fingers crossed.
@socaldad2002 @MA2012 @Redslp Congrats to happy ACT and SAT scores!!!
When is the PSAT scores coming out? Figured daughter had no chance at NMF but her only lower score was science in ACT.
Based on previous years, PSAT results should be online Dec 10th. Counselors should have them a week earlier, so depending on how your school releases results, she could find out earlier.
Dec. 10, 11 or 12 depending on where you live.
Thanks
@VickiSoCal- To be NMSF in CA, with a perfect math score, one would need to get at least a 740 on EBRW, correct?
Just an update. On ACT essay, 8/12 (87%). I don’t know how important it is but we would like to get to 10/12 (97%).
I read that essay writers should use the full 4 pages to properly hit all the four key sections and areas.
