Thanks for the reminder, @2VU0609! My DVR only records things that match identically the original show set to record, and I always miss the Xmas special, not to mention many Masterpiece series I’ve set to record. (So annoying!)
Thx for the heads up @2VU0609!
How can I find this? What channel is CTM scheduled to be on?
@bookreader, PBS.
PBS’ website will usually have the video of the episode to watch for a week or two if you miss it. I’m too busy on Christmas to watch it so will catch up later in the week when things quiet down.
Oh this is perfect!! I can watch on my computer. Don’t get many channels, so watching online is usually a better option for me. Thank you!!!
I recorded the Christmas special and watched it today. It was very good! Looking forward to a new season.
I watched it for the first time. I so enjoy the characters.
I ran into it last night and was so glad! That was an extra Christmas present.
Just finished it. Teared up numerous times. It’s just a wonderful show.
I just got to watch the Christmas episode today. What a treat!!
I couldn’t find it. I even tried to the voice search. Help…

I watched it a couple of days ago. Made me cold just watching!
As usual, loved it.
We tried to watch it last night via streaming - it stalled out after less than a minute multiple times.
Watched it last night. Since we’ve been having a super cold spell with sub-zero temps, it seemed very fitting. Thank goodness to live in this day and age with centralized heat and good plumbing!
I continue to be amazed that the show keeps getting better and better.
I watched 2/3 of it on Christmas Day, after my guests left, then the first third (and of course the rest again) online via PBS. Such a sweet show! I enjoyed seeing the bonus info, showing how they re-created the Big Freeze of 1963, in May!
Just watched - what a tear jerker…saving the bonus info for when I get home from work…
Was the bonus info the writer’s written story, or is there other video footage?
On PBS site, saw where there is an American Experience on Bob Hope that I will watch soon…
Flu going on at work…my night shift relief Saturday came back too soon from the flu. One of the nurses yesterday left work sick and was confirmed flu - she is diabetic and her BS was over 500, YIKES…Ass’t Director of Nursing relieved the sick nurse, and another nurse manager is pulling a shift today. Theraflu is helpful for residents feeling better…
