Jersey Shore…
Early Happy 4th to all!
Back to Yosemite and Bridalveil Falls - the wind and the arch of the flow creates infinite looks. The three collage pictures were taken within a 15 minute time span from Tunnel View - it sways with the breeze!

We had some very violent thunderstorms late Monday afternoon. Here are the clouds just before the storm began:
Yikes.
As long as nobody gets hurt and you don’t lose power, I LOVE thunderstorms!
I’m assuming you don’t have a dog who gets freaked out and barks from the first clap of thunder to 20 minutes after the last. I dread thunderstorms.
When I moved from California to Maryland I was terrified of thunder storms. I never worried much about earthquakes in CA, they were just normal. But the thunder storms were terrifying!
I do not miss thunderstorms. I especially do not miss the rolling thunderstorms that went on for hours.
That stinks!
Lovely photos, @momofboiler1!
A few last nature shots from Yosemite.
Three Brothers
Cathedral Spires - more than once, people have climbed them and rigged a highwire across and walked it - the rigging being a multi-day project. The highwire is nicknamed Hubris.
Ribbon Falls, the longest single drop waterfall in North America, but only in the early spring, otherwise dry.
Fern Springs, the shortest waterfall in Yosemite (as joked by each of the three different tours that went by).
And my one chance at evening glow from the bus window; I did catch a brief glimpse of Half Dome glowing for a second.
