Last weekend I had a rendezvous with a married man. My husband, who had spent 4 weeks helping his brother in hospital in Boston, drove to Poughkeepsie where I was watching over my father in rehab. He showed up with flowers ![]()
Yesterday was a gorgeous 75 degree day for our walk to the beach. On our way home the California wildflowers are all in bloom.
Decided to split tulips into 2 vases so they have room to spread out and now one in kitchen and one in dining room. Also found old packet of something to help cut flowers & it seems to have perked them up after I changed water & cut stems again.
So jealous of all of you who are enjoying warm weather right now! ![]()
Playing with other dogs on the beach with a stick in his mouth might be the happiest Toby has ever been.
What a beautiful, healthy, happy dog !
Thank you for sharing. You made my day.
Just downloaded and backed up my 1800+ vacation photos from the camera, but these alone made it worth lugging the zoom lens along. We were far across a field from a mob of wild kangaroos feeding at dusk when these two decided to have some fun.
Love it!
Flowers from a local grower. You can pick up a bunch at their greenhouse and leave $$ in their open cash box. Spring has not yet sprung here, so these cheer me up.
The picture cheered me up. Those are lovely.
Looking forward to seeing more pics from your trip!
One of these days! I’ve only skimmed some of my downloads. Because of the parameters of the tour (long bus rides and some inclement weather), I have a substantial percent of pictures that are good for memories but not so good for sharing. Not to mention all the ones that will just get deleted!
Here are a couple of quick edited from Milford Sound.
And some dahlias in Christchurch.
It was raining on our Milford Sound day, but it was great for waterfall viewing…
Not a great pic, but
That’s amazing!
