Still no emails one way or the other??
My S had a phone interview Friday. He is a senior in high school. They said he would know something by this Friday.
Some parts of the semifinalist email make it seem like it’s a soft reject (ie we won’t be notified that we’re rejected, we should just assume if we don’t get a phone interview) but there is a line that does say we will be notified by the end of march if we are not selected for an interview. have reapplicants received email rejections at this stage in the past? if so, what was the date?
Welp, answered my own question-- finally got the reject email today. No surprise but womp womp
My S received a Point Finalist email! He’s going to L.A. for the finalists interviews! What an incredible honor! So very thankful that he has this opportunity. Congrats to all of you.
