<p>^ I always thought it was June 21 - Sept 21.</p>
<p>Although to be honest June 1 - August 31 makes the most sense.</p>
<p>^I’m pretty sure that’s what it is.</p>
<p>Though it seems like June 1st to Sept 1st would center it around the warmest part of the year. </p>
<p>I wonder what the origins of the seasons are? Like what summer is supposed to mean, what spring is supposed to mean, etc.</p>
<p>Spring I suppose has something to do with new life etc.</p>
<p>I always consider summer from late May to late August.</p>

<p>For me it’s currently lunchtime, I just did my chem and stats test. Ahhhh, doesn’t feel that good yet, because I have another half of the stats test tomorrow 
And next week I’m away on a school camping trip!</p>

<p>well my team ended up losing in the CIF boys volleyball playoffs last night. we were in the semi-final and so close to being the first team in school history to being in the cif final. thing is, i didn’t even play most of the season because my coach ****ing hated me. my teammate ended up being the guy who took my spot and we ended up losing because he failed to block anybody. i worked my ass off the whole offseason and showed up everyday while the other guy skipped a few days, didn’t show up to practice as much. looking back i still cant get over it that if i weren’t the odd man out that we could have won.</p>

<p>CelaPlus, rayna3: yes, I am a senior, and that’s what disappoints me the most because i have no more chances anymore. i’m going to ucla so even if i wanted to play volleyball everybody there is good so, lol.</p>
<p>it just sucks. i worked my butt off for the spot while the other guy didn’t, and i ended up getting the short end of the stick despite my efforts. life’s a ***** i guess.</p>
