I wonder if the Lakers will lose.

I don’t like preparing for interviews. I don’t know, I have a tendency to sound stupid and ramble… :(

Were you enabled to schedule an alternative interview?

^ It’s officially tomorrow (well, actually today lol)

It’s weird how the fact that I’m gonna be stuck in 1.5 hours commute with my research coordinator is causing me more anxiety. It’s gonna be VERY awkward…

Warts, I’m jealous it’s only 9:45 PM in where you live…

Well, perhaps it would be beneficial if you formulated some practice questions and answers.

^ I might just do that in class tomorrow. I tried doing that today (for 4 hours fruitlessly) - but I feel like everything I plan on saying isn’t good enough. Maybe I’m being overly critical?

I might just get some rest now (1:00 AM - yikes)…maybe plan something in the morning

Good night!

Here are some sample questions that you might be asked:

-What are some of your interests (regarding the subject of the internship)?
-Why did you opt to pursue this internship?
-Why would you be a sufficient intern for our project/how would you benefit the project?
-What characteristics describe you as an individual?
-What is one aspect that you succeed in doing (regarding the various responsibilities that the internship entails)?

Good luck!

If someone ever did that to me, I would punch him in the face.

What are you referring to?

I am in need of a job, I’m planning on applying for cashier at the closest big supermarket (the one next to our house is smaller and my mom doesn’t think it is a good idea), but I’m only 14. My friend is 15 and she applied numerous times but they haven’t contacted her back for an interview.
To be honest I’m not sure 14 year olds can even get employed at supermarkets, haha.

^ I don’t know about NZ but in the UK you have to be 16.

^^ Google the laws…

I just saw my SAT scores.

It was better than January’s but didn’t improve significantly…

Eeeeeek!!:<

^ SAT scores don’t vary much after the first slew of preperation.

^My writing score randomly varies about 150 points at a time. But yeah, my others stay about the same.

^ Really mine didn’t go up or down much. Even though I had swine flu the first time I took it!

^OMG, poor you to have the H1N1! (I call it “the Hinnie”) You’re like that Rupert Gint fella, except not ginger, I think.

yank: omg wow! was h1n1 really painful?

btw, im slowly getting hooked on Qi. i showed it to my friend earlier today, and i think she liked it too!

^^ Millancad, “The Hinnie” (I sense a Scrubs reference in that) was a bad flu. It wasn’t like the plague or anything but I did have a temperature of 102…

^ Glad to see that you like QI. It’s such a good show it has amazing little bits of knowledge (I love that stuff) and is also really funny. They have 7 seasons of it as of right now, so you won’t ru out of material anytime soon and it gets funier in later series too.

Noimagination is done with junior year.
